9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

kv9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe after being requested by kv9.
